If the registered person withdraws from the program before 20 days of the start, fees shall be reimbursed completely.
If the registered person withdraws before 7 days of the start 15% of original fee shall be deducted from the fee and remaining shall be returned to him.
If the registered person withdraws before 24 hours of the program start, only 50% of the original fee shall be returned.
If the registered person withdraws after the beginning of the program whether attended or not attended the program, no fee shall be reimbursed.
In case of withdrawal from the program or inability to complete the remaining of the program for any reasons, no fee shall be returned and it shall not be used by the student for any other program of other group.
If a session is cancelled after payment of the fee, it shall be kept for the person to use it for other services or for the same service within 6 months. In the beneficiary requested reimbursement of the fee, 25% shall be deducted from the fee as administration fee.
